Why owners hire us
Harkers Island is a working island. The weather moves fast, the salt is relentless, and good tradespeople are booked by people they know. Owning here is wonderful; managing it from a distance is not.
What we handle
We handle the in-between. Scheduled home watch visits with written reports. Keyholder access so a plumber, an insurance inspector or a cousin from Raleigh can get in without you driving down. Concierge work before an arrival — beds made, refrigerator stocked, boat pulled, dock swept — so the first hour of your week is spent on the water instead of on a punch list.
How we work
Everything we do is discreet. We work for a small number of properties on purpose, and we would rather tell you the truth about a repair than sell you one.
Clients follow every visit, document and request in the Sanctuary Steward portal — house and room-level records, boat and vehicle files, and concierge requests in one place.
